1. Exchange Policy

    • 1.1 If customer are not fully satisfied with the item you purchase, customer are eligible to return the item for an exchange, please return it within a period of 7 days (from the date of purchase /delivery). Home101 will also recommend customer to immediately inspect the items that Home101 deliver to customer from our Home101 store, to ensure that customer are completely satisfied with the items, including the items are of acceptable quality and matches the description that Home101 have provided to customer.
    • 1.2 To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service info@home101.sg for assistance. Customer are to provide Order Number for references.
    • 1.3 Exchange Items Reasons :
      1. Items does not match the website description or specifications.
      2. Customer received wrong item in your parcel
    • 1.4 Exchange items must fulfil the following requirements:
      1. Items returned must be in a brand-new condition and unused, including the box, with the warranty card and your valid purchase of receipt from Home101.
      2. On returning the item(s), please note that if there is any free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
      3. Delivery charge are non-refundable. Home101 may also charge for collection for the return items.
  2. If exchange is valid, Home101 will process customer request, based on what customer have indicated to our Home101 Customer Services. If is valid, Home101 will do an exchange for customer, if the items customer wants is a different price to the price at which the customer bought the original items, customer will need to top up the remaining amount in order to do an exchange.

  3. Exchange Policy

    • 2.1 In accordance of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Home101 reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require to disprove) that the item was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.
    • 2.2 Exchange items must fulfil the following requirements :
      1. Bring the item back, with the warranty card and customer valid purchase receipt from Home101.
      2. Item can be exchange based on the following scenarios:
        • Faulty
        • Wrong Colour
        • Wrong Size
      3. On returning the item(s), please note that if there is any free gift, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase will not need to be returned at the same time unless the free gift is tagged to the goods when delivery.

      4. Delivery charge are non-refundable. Home101 may also charge for the collection for the exchange item.
  4. Refundable Items

    • 3.1 Please note that purchased items is non-refundable, customer may contact Home101 Customer Service info@home101.sg for more information.
    • 3.2 If the repair or replacement cannot be done within a period of time, you may return the defective items and ask for full refund. Please note that the refund process will need approximately a month from the date of returned.
  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Once Installed : Ceiling Fans, TV (Once Wall mounted)
    • Once Used : All Electrical & Kitchen Appliances
    • Delivery charge are non-refundable
    • One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange items will not be eligible for further exchange or returns unless is faulty.
  6. Non-Refundable Items

    • 5.1 Home101 reserves the right to refund you the Price of any items which had been paid and received by Home101, even after the Sales Order is confirmed and payment had been received by Home101.
